Good Points

The ice is wonderful...great size for everything...


Bad Points

It breaks down ALL the time...not worth it at all..


General Comments

This is my third KitchenAid KUIC18PNTS KitchenAid Ice Maker. I LOVE the ice it makes....when it works. I have always bought the extended warranty and used it hundreds of times. This will be my last KitchenAid ice machine I buy. I have had nothing but trouble with it after spending 1700.00 for it. I have been without ice more than I have been with ice in the 18 months I have owned this particular machine. The first two were not quite as bad...but overall I had lots and lots and lots of service calls on them.
