Some customer service agents are really good. Good priced contract. fair signal service
Bad Points
No help if you have a complaint. Not on in this competitive age.
General Comments
I have been with T-mobile for many years now and always thought they were the best both customer service and technicals. Recently I upgraded via SCS who are said to be T-mobiles premier partner, but of course when you have a complaint you're on your own. I complained and got nothing but frustration and no help from either firm so regretably I would no longer recommend this company.
