General Comments
After forgetting my password for Confused.com from last year I tried to reset it. During the process I'm informed by a pop-up screen that an email has been sent to me telling me to follow the link etc. which will enable me to reset it. After repeated attempts I have not once received the promised email NOT even in my Spam folder. So, I try and log on as a new customer only to be told after completing other details, that my email address has been recognised(from last year) but the NEW password I have just created does not match; please reset your password. Now I'm going round in circles. I emailed Customer Services whose reply was useless!
