All of a sudden I can't access my bank accounts online.
This all started 4 days ago, I get through all three login stages and then I get a message on the web-page that the service is 'currently unavailable, try again later'.
When I call the Clydesdale Bank Internet Banking support line I get told that some people are having this problem for unknown reasons and that it will be fixed within days.
I've been told this for 4 days now, it still isn't fixed unfortunately.
I am very seriously thinking about changing my bank because of the apparent inability of the Clydesdale bank to fix this problem. I've been a customer for maybe 25 years.
