Bad Points

Premium rate contact numbers, very very slow delivery, handling of order and poor customer contact/service, you have to do the communicating.


General Comments

Took ages for shed to be delivered we rang up to chase it only to find their phone number is a premium one and cost 2.50 for a 20 minute call. The play house from Outdoor Toys Direct when it came was of reasonable quality for the price. Relatively simple to build all the parts were there and in good order.
