All About W8 is a relative newcomer to the market (when compared with some of the other brands).
It is a Very Low Calorie Diet with a difference - you can have food (from a selected food list). In addition, you can opt to do a "Rapid" plan that requires complete abstinence from food for up to 4 weeks.
I chose to do the "Rapid" plan and lost 2 stone in just over 8 weeks.
I opted to continue with the maintenance plan and it has help to keep my weight off (six months now) as opposed to my sister who did not and put her weight back on.
The flavours of meal packs are varied and I especially enjoyed the Spaghetti Bolognese and Chicken Noodles as it made me feel like I was actually having something to eat. The plan I was on allowed food and I found this to be much easier to stick to than other things I have tried.
