Good Points

The only thing I can say is that they have a nice logo.


Bad Points

Poor coverage, unhelpful customer service, especially after disconnection.


General Comments

After disconnecting from my contract after it had finished, as you can probably guess, I was charged for another new contract despite telling them I did not want to renew. I have tried three times to contact Orange and resolve the issue. Each time I have to explaining my situation to at least three different departments per phone call - and because I am now living overseas, each time is an expensive long distance call lasting 20 minutes. Three times I have been assured it has been processed immediately and I can expect my money within seven-10 days. I have tried to get a name from anyone of the myriad of people I have spoken to, but they either transfer me moments before uttering their name, or just plain hang up on me. I have been treated very unfairly by the rude customer service, especially considering I have been nothing but calm and patient with them. If you decide to go with Orange for your mobile contract, just hope and pray nothing goes wrong and be prepared to shell out for £50 at least for phone calls and overdraft charges!!
