General Comments

i entered into an iva with debt free direct in 2005, my debt was £42000, Debt Free Direct explained all the options at the time, over the past 4 years ive found then helpful when making the odd phone call to them for advise, traceman 1/7/09

    Thanks for your post Traceman- I'm pleased that your IVA is working out for you. An IVA is not an easy ride but it is an excellent way of resolving debt in a way that you stay in control.
    As you're in the last year of your IVA you should begin to think about what you're going to do once it's completed. You'll be one of the lucky few who are free of unsecured debt and who are accustomed to working to a budget which leaves a surplus each month.
    There are lots of resources on the web to help you with savings. And I'd say that you'll deserve a bit of fun too!
