Good Points

the shakes are really nice, and in this hot weather if you fill the container with ice then put your water in, very refreshing. strawberry is my favourite. the beauty of the diet is you can take it with you if at work . and the only meal you have to think about is supper.


Bad Points

the chocolate shakes seem very powdery and make me cough! the powder does not seem to disolve like the other flavours. therefore it is disappointing that there are more of the chocolate ones in the assorted pack, it would be better if there were just two sachets of chocolate instead of four, my friends agree with this comment. none of us likes the cereal bars either im afraid.


General Comments

i find the diet very easy to follow as you dont have to worry about what you are allowed to eat for meals, its all there for you, i feel full after the shakes and do not need to eat in between as i used to. its also then nice to look forward to a nice healthy supper, steak and salad is my favourite, or fish and veg, i also find im fuller now when i eat a normal meal.
