We have always travelled with Virgin holidays and this year will be our last.
We have had nothing but problems and we travel next week only to be told that we have to pick the tickets up on the morning before our flight before 11.30am if we wish to use the twilight checkin.We have work commitments so we have now paid for an hotel for nothing. We have booked into an hotel and was told by the Virgin representative over the telephone that all we had to do was to go to the airport and pick the tickets up on the desk next to the twilight check in. No time was ever mentioned. We have just received an email with all the details, which I had to email to ask for as we never received it , with different information on it. Have contacted Virgin and they are not interested, what is their slogan 'Ask for the World' what a laugh, have now told them that we will NEVER travel with them ever again. Anyone wishing to travel with them beware.
