I have had excite.com for at least 11 years. I used to find it great and easy to use. Ever since the so-called upgrade, it has been horrible. Presently, for over 36 hours I have not been able to even log on to view my E-mail to see the spam that I always get now or any other E-mail. It is slow to load or do anything when I AM able to access the E-mail. I switched to a different E-mail account as my main account because of all of the problems I have encountered with excite.com since summer 2008, including not being able to receive E-mails from people. I only keep the account to give as my E-mail address to businesses that I patronize so that they can add their spam to the incredible amount I receive through excite.com. What a sad commentary!
