brilliant when you want to buy a settee

very very bad service when you want your money back.


General Comments

i have bought 2 sofas of dfs in the last 2 years, they were great when you first come in to there stores, had so many staff wanting to help me i thought great, but when i changed my mind about a sofa and didnt even take it out of store i couldnt get my money back they said it was company policy that they cant do refunds. i read the small print on the form they gave me and what a load of rubbish they told me. i am still waiting for my money its been 2 wks now but they said i got wait another 2 weeks now so lets see what happens.
