General Comments
The customer service is the worst at United Airlines :( They were rude and mean. The only reason I would ride this airplane again is beacause of one nice lady who took her time to help us out. But other thn her, everyone was awful and rude, they wouldnt even smile. We were delayed because United Airlines make random ticket checking, and then some guy left unattended baggage, so time was taken of there.. wen we finally reached there we were 1 min late, and the guy closed the door. He was extremely rude to us.
