they leave you hanging without any support, if you want to cancel they dont let you go easily
General Comments
Very bad service, I was left in the Philippines without a phone service, the V Phone that was bought wasnt working on my Vista laptop and was receiving only emails as to how I can set up the system to work as if I was an expert, when I asked them to call me back they refused leaving me in a mess, lousy service and only sweet talking to get you to sign up after that when it comes to serious problems you get no support
