I am the most unsatisfied customer that Wickes has ever had. They wrongly designed my kitchen, delivered the wrong parts, delivered imperfect parts and I experienced long delays for replacements. No compensation received as as yet for my fitters wasted time. Their classic mistake was to design my kitchen around a huge zanussi fridge-freezer. Not only did this refuse to work but it turned out to be the last of its kind in the country. Wickes and Zanussi between them couldn't give a monkeys and two and half months down the line, I am still paying for something I dont have, needless to say I wouldnt recommend either company to anybody.
