Good Points

None, oh returning the phone.


Bad Points

Poor attitude, think there the best, when there not, hanging on the phone for useless information. As I found for 20-30 mins

Themselves are unaware of which department they should be speaking to.


General Comments

I purchased a Nokia N97 over the Web based order,system. The phone arrived- although I'm told it never got dispatched.
It arrived needing the sim registered, that took 55mins to do as I was passed form operator to operator, then the phone packed up, a further 30 mins to return it, and I have returned it under the 7 days.
Vodafone customer services is so so so poor and they have a real can't be bothered attitude, so I cant be bothered in putting up with there nonsense and keeping me holding on there £0.40 per min line, which I will seek costs for.
KEEP AWAY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
