General Comments

Had a sofa from sofa workshop and it seemed fine the sales people were very friendly and helpful. Upon delivery sofa seemed well made and sound, but after the delivery gentlemen had left I noticed a problem with the sofa so called the relevent store. This is when things rapidly changed and the friendly staff went to being completely unhelpful and quite rude. The problem I had wasn't a serious problem just a wonky leg. After some tussling and arguing on the phone the member of staff said he would get someone to speak to me but came back two minutes later saying that he didn't want to speak to me and said I was overeacting! Do not buy from sofa workshop they used to be very very good at what they did but are pretty useless now!
