sent 10 emails to their customer service department and not one has been answered
despite being charged for the item, over 2 weeks on I still have not received the item and not once have they tried to contact me to advise why
the phone number I was using to call them everyday has now been disconnected so there is no way to get in contact with them
General Comments
River Island have the worst serivise ever recieved still waiting after over 2 weeks for a pair of shoes i ordered to be delivered with in 48 hours
