General Comments

I actually live in Warrington so when I visited Gullivers, first impressions are that it is a bit dated and run down. However, we had a good day out and the kids liked it. If I had travelled a distance to reach here, I think I wouldve been extremely dissapointed and there are plenty of better places to go if you are making a journey. While we were there, we noticed that the the new splashzone was due to open.
I took my 18month to Splashzone when it first opened and NEVER again. It has been done on the cheap, the carpets around the playarea are sodden and cheap. The rubber tiles beneath the playarea are already warping and lifting up. The worst thing about the place is the temperature. It was freezing. Within minutes my little one was shiverig so we left immediately. There were 2 other families leaving also due to the temp. Their children were considerably older than mine so it wasnt just that my child was too young. I spoke to the manager who refused pont blank to give a refund and it was only due to my persistance, I got my money back.
Went to Southport Waterworld a few weeks and it was amazing so save your time and money and skip Splashzone Warrington and head to Southport instead where it has the same wet playframe and swimming and slides. Much better value
