General Comments

Car damaged whilst left with Purple Parking's Meet & Greet service at Terminal 5 for 3 weeks. After a 12 hour flight I was angry to find that the front metal part of my vehicle's bumper had been bent in 2 places with blue scuffs on the rubber bumper whilst in their care. I contacted Purple Parking before leaving Heathrow airport to report the damage and response from Customer Service was unhelpful and poor - nobody to take claim - just diverted to answerphone. Received no call-back. Called again 30 mins later and left another message. Received call-back 3 hours later and lady on phone was rude. I took photos of the vehicle damage before leaving the airport, which they appear to be challenging me on, which is disgusting. They state photos are taken of vehicle whilst in the car-park - great but what about when vehicle is driven to airport and damage occurs en route? I would strongly urge you to consider using a different company for Meet & Greet at Heathrow. Only good point: they were punctual with car, although vehicle was dirty and damaged when delivered back to me at Heathrow Terminal 5. Avoid, avoid.
