I had the Starter Professional Package with Heart Intenet, which was acceptable until I tried to cancel some of my domain names. They have an automatic renewal system, which you have to set to cancel when you receive an email that your domain names are due for renewal in 30 days. I carried this out, and 30 days later was charged for the domain names anyway. They refused to refund me my money so I requested my account to be cancelled. The next day I was told that the account was closed, but a few weeks later I received Heart Internet's newsletter, and found out that the account had not been closed. I had to constantly chase them up to close the account, which ended up taking 3 months.

Overall, Heart Internet is fine until you want to cancel any of your products.
