General Comments

Co-op online banking system is a complete disgrace for any bank in the developed world.
Not only is the user interface terribly clunky, but the frequent unavailability, unplanned outages and gobbledigook CORBA error messages cause you to wonder at the competence and customer-focus of the business over all.
This has been going on for the four years we have had our business account with them. Continuous improvement? I don't think so.

Such a shame, given the positive ethical stance, but there's only so much frustration you can take before you throw in the towel and join one of the bad boy banks.

    I found this review very helpful because, it is good to know I am not the only one going through this frustration.

    I have been with the co-op for almost 2 years and everything apart from the internet banking has been fantastic. However, as a small business we rely on instant availability of our funds when needed. If my business had the frequency of time-outs and COBRA messages as the co-op do, I would no longer be in business.
