General Comments

Absolutely and totally ruthless when it comes to profit. Assuming the Virgin brand means anything the antics of their credit card department will hopefully drive it into the dirt. Have a perfect payment history with them for over 6 years and have just received a letter from them telling me that my interest rate is going up from 16% to 34%. I can stay on 16% but I must never use the card again, just pay my balance off!
