I wish I had visited this site first. I have just paid £483 for a BBQ. Alfresia actually rang to take my credit card details again as said not gone through, but it had!! They said they would look into this and ring me back. I have left 4 messages, e-mailed twice. The phone keeps ringing but no-one asnwers. Not sure what to do??

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered with Alfresia. I have had same experience - 4 telephone calls - not answered - and 3 emails - just acknowledged but with no information given at all. I do not know what to do either.
