General Comments

O2 has to be the worst of all the operators, I made the mistake of buying an Apple phone from them and signing up for a years contract, it has now been 5 months and I still can't make international calls or send or recieve texts when I'm abroard, I bought this phone as I need to get emails when I travel as I have my own sales company which deals with the whole of europe, and I still can't, but last week when I was in Poland I rang them and after 5 months they finally got it working, only thing is because the Apple couldn't connect to the internet for so long, when they got it working it had to update itself and ran up a ' 400 bill in 24 hours and O2 say I have to pay it and because I'm cancelling my contract before the year is up I have also to pay another ' 468.25, and this company is for real?????
