works well enough but if I want to go to france it looks like I shall have to use my Garmin

cannot get hold of tomtom on the internet

The tomtom company is very elusive I asked a question had a reply that was not a bit of good, All i want to know is why the maps that I was told about are not on my go 520 it how ever a refurbished one but the write up said that western europe was on the item and it is not
