General Comments

I paid 3000NOK (~500USD) for a 2.5hrs return flight to Iceland and had to pay for a glass of water ! Service is poor and even encountered once on another SAS Scandinavian Airlines flight where the crew were reading the newspapers at the rear and I had to asked them to make space for me to enter the toilet. This is in stark contrast to e.g Thai AIrways. Even a short flight between Singapore and Bangkok, the service was excellent, food served was as usual of high standard and no, i did not have to pay for plain water. I will never ever travel on SAS ever again, ever.
