General Comments

Wouldn't use Elephant (Along with Admiral & Diamond- all the same group) - average prices but didnt mind as was hoping I was paying for a good service. Albany Assistance deals with their claims and never come across anyone so useless. In excess of 70 phone calls due to unsafe hire car and still not changed and they dont care/have the power to do anything about it. Took 5 weeks for their garage to even produce a quote for the work to be done and their claims engineer cannot even start the car, never mind diagnose whats mechanically wrong with it.
