Good Points

Looks - this is an older car than my previous two yet draws more admiring glances/comments than them combined.
Build Quality - a pleasure to own
Comfort - a pleasure to drive


Bad Points

Thirstier than previous cars @ 30.5mpg,Mini @ 34.5mpg, Eos @ 45mpg But this fact is outweighed by the pure enjoyment of owning this BMW.


General Comments

I purchased this 06 model with 11700miles on the clock in May 09 trading in a 08 Mini Cooper S for which I traded in a 07 Eos TDI. The BMW is everything the other 2 cars are not. It is comfortable on long journeys the Mini isn't. The BMW is well built and so far fault free. The Eos bought new was not. After owning 8 VW's was the deciding factor in me vowing never to buy another VW. This is my 1st BMW and I am now a convert. It has also convinced me that a cabrio/convertible should always be petrol and not diesel powered.
