Good Points

Cold water dispenser that doesn't need to be plumbed in to the water supply, accurate temp reader on the door,


Bad Points

When placed next to a wall the door (either one) can't be opened fully to allow access to the bottom drawers


General Comments

Generally very pleased with this unit, my wife has always drunk plenty of water but I do not like the taste of tap water and the hassle of filtered water in a jug from the fridge has always been the reason why. That has all changed now, I seem to be drinking more than her since the RSA1W arrived.
We couldn't put it exactly where we wanted it in the kitchen as the freezer door wouldn't open fully when the unit was next to the kitchen end wall, this meant that the bottom drawer in the freezer section would only slide out about 6 inches, moving it away from the wall has left a narrow gap that is too small to use and is therefore waste space in the kitchen. This is the only downside that we can see from having this unit. A large fridge and freezer with filtered cold water always available is something we agree is a benefit to us.
