Excellent cutter and gather of hedge clippings

Garden Groom Pro.
Good machine when working but I cannot find a repairer in the Country the supplier Clifford James do not support the machine for repair they tell you to take it to an electrician my electician says he cannot do anything with the machine, it could be £100 thrown away my advice is buy a machine that has backup for repairs.

Clifford James is just a warehouse[basically]so dont expect anything there.
The Garden Groom is repairable,and as a retailer we have done these,both under and out of warranty.
But like so many items under £100,when is it economical and when not?If you wanted to have a little back up and peace of mind you should have gone to a garden machinery retailer who stocks and sells the machine,and you can take it back to him when it doesn't work and he will help you out.
