i would not recommend makemytrip.com to any one.... it is a horrible website and their service is very very bad... I booked my ticket to chicago in the first week of june and the nxt day i receive a call sayin the transaction was not done properly and no more tickets are available. so they told me i could cancel my ticket and get a full refund which i will get within 5 days.. so i said fine.. but now its been more than 2 weeks and the money is still not come in my account.. my credit card bill is due n i dont know wat 2 do.. i called them 2 days back n than they remembered tht they had 2 refund my money.. it happened 2 my frnd also for the same fight details....pathetic service..
