Good Points

The camera and bag I ordered were in stock, and were shipped straight away, no problem. But it didn't outway the uwful aftercare.


Bad Points

Terrible communication. Don't answer the phone or reply to e-mails. Pot luck if your order is in stock, even if it says it is. Spend a few extra pence and go elsewhere.


General Comments

Only part of my online order recieved from Bristol Cameras, despite all items ordered showing as "in stock". It took numerous phone calls to get hold of them, as nobody ever pics the phone up. I've been waiting over 5 weeks for some screen protectors and a monopod, but worse still, i was told they would sort it all out over a week ago. Poor communication, unkept promises. Not good. I won't buy from them again, even if they are the cheapest option.
