reasonably priced products


Bad Points

As mentioned in general comments, no outer packaging, just the product box with delivery sticker, which was damaged. Was very disappointed as the item was bought as a surprise present for my boyfriend who happened to take delivery of it, not much of a surprise.


General Comments

Straightforward online service, Pixmania website was very easy to use, however I was disappointed with the way the package was delivered. There was no outer packaging, just the actual product box with a DHL tracking/delivery sticker on it. The box had been damaged leaving a big hole on the front which left the screen of the digital photo frame exposed.

    Pixmania has decided not to use any extra packaging for some of our products and the decision is based on a survey made with our couriers. Parcels delivered with extra packaging are treated manually in the sorting depot and are exposed to a higher risk of loss.
