Bad Points

customer service, complaints team, the recovery company they use, Swift are keen to take your money but then fail to provide the cover you've paid for. The stress I have suffered from dealing with Swift isn't worth the cheap insurance. BE WARNED DON'T EVER USE SWIFTCOVER.


General Comments

Swiftcover ignore complaints, they make you ring a 10p a minute phone line and then say they can't deal with the complaint. They subcontract recovery to a company with non-qualified mechanics who subsequently refuse recovery and leave you at the side of the road for hours on end (in the meantime you're forced to ring the expensive 0870 number)
