Plenty of Fish site requires too much effort to be worth your time. Site lacks any significant matching criteria. Women get flooded by mail because they can not restrict their visibility to what they are looking for. As a result a lot of emails sent never gets noticed, just too many to deal with. Site is more suitable as just a hook up site at best. From a male perspective, can not segment user base sufficiently to be useful ... lot of wasted time. The lack of segmentation/matching is clearly intentional to drive ad revenue. Not interested in wasting my time to drive someone elses' revenue.
