Nice car.....


Bad Points

Bad organization.
Nobody at the airport.
Car return a puzzle (almost the last concern in the row).


General Comments

Budget Car Rental Miami-airport. Rental in may 2009. Counter at airport was hard to find and closed. Sign said go outside to the shuttle-bus. Could not see any sign. Bus passed and after waving with both arms he stopped in the middle of the road. Crowded and full of luggage we stopped at Budget after a 15 minute-drive. Bad organization at that office. Lady at the desk busy with several things at the same time. Helped us very bad, because she made us pay for insurance we didn't want or needed.
Beware.....Look at the contract twice before you sign.
