individual politeness on phone


General Comments

Once you talk to an individual at Virgin Money they are sensible and polite- but in the last three months each statement has been problematic. Today- 30-6-09 I have now been waiting- without ever being answered- for 2 hours and 23 minutes on the phone. The only choice given on the phone menu to speak to anyone is "if you are having financial problems- a hubristic attitude suggesting that the only reason for needing to contact them is that you cannot pay- as opposed to them continually getting things wrong. I have also sent e mails to "info" again with no response.
