Good Points

Easy to arrange cover on line.


Bad Points

Too long to sort things out. Don't call back when they promise to. So many flimsy excuses. Said they would email claim number to garage but didn't.. If I had known how difficult it would be to make a claim with them I would never had taken the insurance.


General Comments

Reported damage to car last Monday - took until Friday to finally get Claim Number from them!
Swiftcover Car Insurance promised to email it to me last Tuesday, but didn't.
I phoned them at least 15 times over the week, got a different person each time and a different excuse why no number could be allocated. All very apologetic but that was no help to me!
