I have already posted one review about Ace Tickets when we thought the tickets would not arrive. I can report that the tickets did arrive on the day of the concert by special delivery!! Talk about cutting it fine. However because we paid for reserved seating and surprise surprise the tickets were general admission standing. We have tried to contact the company to complain but again no reply.

    I also was offered standing tickets which I refused, they said I could have a refund and sent me a cheque which I banked last week and hey guess what .........it bounced
