General Comments

I Bought a Panasonic combination microwave oven from Currys. Had it about a month and heard a loud bang! The glass in the door had shattered while in use. Took it back to shop. A week later got letter from them saying that it had been dropped and so would not repair on warranty. What can you do? It had not been dropped but it's not worth the agro of trying to prove your case for £100 so I have put it down to experience and will never spend even one more penny in Currys. It's their loss as I'm in the market for all sorts of electrical goods.
