General Comments

we have had sky+ for nearly a year now and a few weeks ago our box started to play up, so we got an engineer out, which took a week I hastened to add. He came out and replaced it, less than a week later the new box is doing the same, freezing when playing a recording back, switching itself off, failed recordings. Called to report this and now have to wait another week for an engineer to come out and check this second box, in the meanwhile we are paying for a service we are simply not getting. It has really put me off wanting sky anymore, but when we first got it we loved it, sadly that feeling has faded now.
