friendly staff,aircraft was very clean inside,good choice of films and music food was very good.

General Comments
flew from manchester uk to new york newark last september with continental and i must say i was very impressed i particularly liked the seat back entertainment with is multiple choice of films and music but what really impressed me was the fact that as i was on a two part journey i had only an hour and a half to catch my connecting flight to orlando but we were delayed on arrival into newark because of high winds but the captain radioed ahead to get the comapny to delay departure of my next flight so i had more time to check in and get to the aircraft that for me is a fine example of customer service and i will without a shadow of doubt be using continental airlines again very soon,
