The products and the total lack of Customer Service. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.
General Comments
Alfresia is an awful Company. Do not place any orders with them. We received a faulty BBQ over a month ago and ever since have tried to chase for a replacement. They promised a replacement and have never delivered it.
