Good Points

great customer service. and a great interest rate (better than my bank who declined me!)


Bad Points

Quite a slow process and you do have to chase them for decisions, but if your not in a rush its great!


General Comments

i applied for this Tesco Personal Loan online to consolidated 2 loans i had and didnt think i would be accepted as i had a small bank loan only a month before. The only application was very quick and easy to fill out and i was told i would be contacted with a decision ........... i must say they didnt contact me but i rang the help line and they answered within 30 seconds and i had an "aggreed in princable"decision .... i wasnt quite sure what this meant but i got the loan paper work within 2 days, they asked for a bank statment which i sent straight away and they said i had been agreed an apr of 9.7% whick was really good compaired to alot of other companies. i called them again 3 days after i sent all the paperwork back, not thinking id been accepted as my credit rating was poor but i was told it had been accepted and i would have the money within 2 days. and when i checked with my bank it was there the next day! i would highly recommed them and would use them again. just dont take the agreed in princable as a yes as ive read a lot of reviews from people who have still been declined after this.
