General Comments
oh Bt bt bt- unbelievable how a company like this still continues to operate in this day and age. We didn't have too many problems in the beginning apart from the extortionate 'Hidden' costs which were so alarming that I Immediatly tried to change providers.was told we had to stay for at least 12 months.Grinned and bared it although the 'Premium' broadband sevice is snail slow and the wireless hub only works when it feels like it. In a moment of madness, we decided to switch to BT from virgin which was a bit of a bad move as she has had a nightmare since.BT told my mum they would take of the switchover but 'forgot' to mention it to Virgin, who have just sent my mum a bill for the package Bt forgot to cancel.BT have of course, denied ever telling my poor mother they ever said anything about contacting virgin although they must feel a bit guilty as they have offered her 30 quid compensation! unbelievable service, they make forecourt attendents look like gods!
