Bad Points

Hard to use, heavy and awkward, more work than using the electric hedge clippers. Clippings shoot out of unit when in use.
Flexible chute clogs easily.


General Comments

Received my Garden Groom on June 26, 2009. I was very anxious to use it. Very dissapointed, it did NOT do a good job,especially on the sides of my bushes,which were evergreens with not much growth this time of year. The attached flexible chute had to be lifted several times to get the clippings in the container that holds the clippings, then you had to drag the attached bag along while you were working. The unit itself was heavy. The following day, my upper arms and neck were sore. I am returning the Garden Groom Monday morning. Too bad, the idea sounded good.
