Was given the Tefal Quick Cup as a present. After two days no more boiling hot water. Phoned company, given instructions how to reset, this should have been on the leaflet! A day later and having to reset. It still does not heat sufficiantly. Coffee does not difuse and must be drunk straight away. Have to revert to normal kettle for coffee and other kitchen requirements where boiling water is required.
