General Comments

Rented car last year, deposit was taken immediately however took months to return after finally making legal threats. Car-Hire-UK will not answer calls and seem to run the business on the premise that people from overseas will not pursue lost deposits. I'm surprised the firm hasn't been shut down yet. Hire company never claimed car was damamged, they simply lied when deposit was asked for.

    Their modus operandi is quite clear. Grab a few Oseas people and hang on to their deposit. Hope they give up after several months. Anyone considering them would be well advised to take this into consideration

    I found this review very helpful because...Just check out this company on the web. Avoid them like the plague, they fail to refund customer deposits and target overseas customers.
