This company was a pleasure to do business with. They did what they said they would, when they said they'd do it and very professionally too. We would use them again and recommend them to others.
Bad Points
None really. They weren't the lowest quote we received but they were competitive and the level of service more than compensated.
General Comments
After getting run-around with another potential provider, we went to Extra who were extemely efficient, courteous and responsive. They provided a quote by email, based on dimensions we sent them. Shortly thereafter a saleman visited and confirmed the (unchanged) quote. Within 3 to 4 weeks the windows were fitted and we are very happy with the results.
